Project Description:
Regarding the implementation of the Long Thanh International Airport Project, the Ministry of Transport said that with the project of land acquisition, compensation, support, and resettlement of Long Thanh International Airport, the People’s Committee of Dong Nai Province has discussed delivered more than 2,459 hectares, equivalent to 97.12% of phase 1 area.
The construction area has handed over 97.57%, the land storage area has handed over 96% of the premises. The remaining area is continuing to be processed, expected to be completed and handed over in October 2022.
In the work of compensation and resettlement support, the 5,000 ha Long Thanh airport construction area has recovered 95.08% of the prescribed amount.
Dong Nai Provincial People’s Committee has also approved 4,863/5,086 households for resettlement, while 223 households are being approved by the Resettlement Review Council of Binh Son commune.
For the area with 2 connecting traffic routes, Long Thanh District Land Fund Development Center has completed the work of counting the current land use status, transferring documents to agencies for confirmation and verification of documents.
